Job description

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing end-user computing projects, particularly within government environments. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EUC transformationor implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with government standards and regulations.

Responsibilites:-

• Ability to manage full lifecycle of EUC projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-user technology solutions such as desktop deployments, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), application packaging, and device management.
• Work closely with government stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks.
• Will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Conduct stakeholder meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
• Will manage vendors and third-party providers for EUC tools and services. Implement change management practices to ensure user adoption and minimal disruption.
• Responsible for providing technical guidance on EUC platforms, tools, and trends where applicable.
• Will ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliance with government standards.

Requirements:-

• Possess at least bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be a add-on.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in project management with a focus on EUC technologies. Should have Strong technical understanding of EUC platforms including Windows OS,
• Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, virtualization (VMware/Citrix), and endpoint security. Demonstrated experience managing projects within government agencies or public sector environments.
• Should have familiarity with government procurement processes, security protocols, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and leadership skills is desired.
• Working experience in an ITIL-based environment will be a plus. Migration or modernization projects involving EUC platforms.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, or similar project management tools. Experience with remote desktop solutions and mobile device management (MDM).
