A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an IT Executive to support the ERP/MES systems and manage IT infrastructure. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems is required.
• May require after-hours or weekend support during downtime or system issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware including PCs, printers, and scanners.
• Support LAN/WAN network infrastructure including switches and routers.
• Manage user accounts, email, and Active Directory.
• Provide technical support for MES and ERP systems.
• Implement IT policies and ensure compliance.
