Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Technician to conduct testing and analysis on ingredients and products. The ideal candidate should have a Nitec or Diploma in Food Science or Microbiology, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting to identify and resolve non-conformance causes.
• Carry out routine laboratory upkeep including equipment maintenance.
• Perform sampling at warehouses and on incoming raw materials.
• Participate in quality control & EHS initiatives.

• Record analytical data precisely and escalate any quality or safety deviations for investigation.
• Support troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve root causes of non-conformances.
• Carry out routine laboratory upkeep, including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform sampling at warehouses and on incoming raw materials when required.
• Participate in quality control & EHS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in Food Science Microbiology or a related discipline
