• Ability to travel to client locations or provide remote support.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via on-site visits or remote access.
• Monitor and update IT support tickets.
• Assist with staff onboarding and device setup.
• Support meeting room setup, including AV equipment.
