Job summary

A leading education company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a customer acquisition role. This position involves onboarding parents into the company's community, recommending coding programs, and supporting customer initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree, and no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. A strong capability in communication and relationship management is essential. Competitive salary of $2800 to $3500 per month plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

Company background: Learning in Coding / Robotics for Primary & Secondary school kids.

Bukit Panjang

9am - 6pm (Mon - Sun, any 5 days per week as per rostered)

$2800 to $3500 per month + quarterly / annual bonus

Responsibilities
  • Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community
  • Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
  • Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
  • Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.
  • Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
  • Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
  • Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
  • Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
  • Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system
  • Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
