As an Enterprise Systems Lead, you will drive the strategic planning and design of complex digital and technology systems across the airport environment. You will support aviation digital initiatives ranging from IT infrastructure and operational systems to data‑driven solutions for both new and existing airports. This role requires a strong grasp of stakeholder priorities, ensuring seamless integration of airport operations, security, passenger services, and other critical functions.

The Opportunity
  • Lead the delivery of IT services for major aviation projects, collaborating closely with clients on technical discussions and system requirements.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for airport systems, drawing on client input, industry standards, and market insights.
  • Engage with potential system suppliers to evaluate capabilities, roadmaps, compliance, and alignment with project needs.
  • Identify and prioritise technology initiatives that support evolving aviation industry demands, ensuring systems are robust, secure, and future‑ready.
  • Oversee project activities including delegation, documentation, communication management, and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Is this role right for you?
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 15 years of aviation‑related IT experience.
  • Proven success delivering complex IT projects, with strong technical knowledge of aviation systems such as passenger processing, airport operations, smart airport solutions, and IT infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of airport and airline operations, aviation regulations, industry standards (including IATA), and processes such as airport systems design and ORAT.
  • Expertise in IT architecture, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data analytics, IoT, and ITIL‑based service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and inspire team performance.
