Job summary

Cloudflare Singapore is seeking a Customer Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales validation to onboarding and expansion. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients with AI-augmented workflows to reduce manual toil and accelerate deployment.

In this role you’ll own technical discovery, craft tailored demonstrations, and lead architectural discussions while collaborating with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role with a SaaS or cloud provider.
• Ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
• Strong communication with C-level executives.
• Experience with AI/automation in enterprise workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical go-to-market strategy and pre-sales validation.
• Architect and guide onboarding, deployment, and expansion.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and growth plans.
• Provide trusted advisory across lifecycle and QBRs.
