Job summary

Cloudflare in Singapore seeks a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales to onboarding and expansion. You will be a quota-carrying technologist leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and focus on architecture and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include technical validation with account executives, onboarding design, health monitoring, QBRs, and advising on DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, and security architectures.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of API integration and cloud-native tooling.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and define PoCs / technical evaluations.
Own onboarding, architecture design, and ensure value realization for customers.
Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities to ROI for executives.
Leverage AI to automate routine CE workflows and improve efficiency.
Provide guidance across DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, and security architectures.
