Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer in Singapore to drive the technical go‑to‑market strategy. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre‑sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and lifecycle expansion.

You will operate as a quota‑carrying technologist, using AI‑augmented workflows to cut toil and deliver measurable outcomes. The role reports to a Customer Engineering Leader and requires deep architectural and security expertise,

Qualifications

Experience in a customer‑facing technical role with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Strong architectural thinking and ability to design enterprise network and security solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with C-level engagement ability.
Proven track record in SaaS, cloud, or security environments with a quota‑carrying mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead technical deep‑dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
Own onboarding, technical health and expansion strategy with executive oversight.
Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
Act as trusted advisor across customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
Leverage AI workflows to automate routine tasks and enable strategic advisory.
Develop technical resources and SOPs to uplift internal and customer teams.
