Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Depth in multiple technical areas (internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, coding, developer platforms).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map customer infra to Cloudflare architectures.
• Oversee onboarding and migration blueprints to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Own expansion strategy and conduct quarterly business reviews translating usage into ROI.
• Maintain trusted advisory relationships across the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI orchestration to automate routine CE workflows and free time.
• Educate teams with SOPs, best practices, and technical guides.
