in Singapore seeks a Senior Customer Engineer who will drive our technical go-to-market strategy as a trusted advisor and primary architect of the customer journey, from pre-sales validation through onboarding and lifecycle expansion. You will lead technical deep-dive discovery, define PoCs and deployment strategies, and partner with sales to translate architecture into business value while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil and accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating technical concepts to C-level executives.
• Ability to design and articulate complex enterprise architectures.
• Proven track record in quota-bearing roles or revenue-aligned environments.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and security/privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives to map customer infra to Cloudflare architectures.
• Define PoCs, success criteria, and technical evaluation plans for deployments.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion in collaboration with sales.
• Provide trusted technical advisory throughout the customer lifecycle and drive value realization.
