Job summary

Cloudflare Singapore seeks a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market engagements with regional customers. You will own the technical relationship from solutioning through onboarding, adoption, and expansion, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and deliver measurable outcomes across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical pre-sales role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience building tools with AI and automation to solve technical challenges.
• Foundational knowledge of Web Technologies, Internet Security and Networking with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to operate in a revenue-aligned environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: build architectures and demos across Cloudflare portfolio for customers.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain deep relationships through onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: use AI agents to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: achieve regional revenue goals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
