Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Enterprise Customer Engineer in Singapore to drive the technical go-to-market strategy, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding and full lifecycle expansion. You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist within the GTM organization, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to maximize business value.

You will own discovery, architecture design, and customer enablement, partnering with Account Executives to ensure successful deployment

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Architectural mindset for enterprise network and security architectures.
• Strong consultative & advisory communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with SaaS, revenue-focused experience.
• Ability to bridge deep technical details with C‑suite business strategy.
• Breadth in internet, security, performance, AI, coding, and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Oversee onboarding, migration blueprints, and technical health across the customer journey.
• Own QBRs and cross-sell/upsell opportunities based on product usage data.
