Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Enterprise Customer Engineer in Singapore to serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary architect of the customer journey. You will bridge technical strategy with business value across pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment, and expansion.

This role sits in the GTM organization and remains accountable for customers beyond initial agreements. You will own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives, while guiding

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Architectural mindset with ability to white-board and design complex enterprise networks.
• Excellent consultative/advisory skills for executive audiences.
• Commercially minded with SaaS metrics understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Breadth in multiple technical areas including networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion with customers.
• Carry a quota for new business and account growth; conduct QBRs.
• Maintain continuous executive and engineering contact throughout lifecycle.
• Automate routine tasks with AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with Enablement to build technical resources and guides.
