Job summary

Cloudflare Singapore seeks a Customer Engineer to lead technical go-to-market efforts as a quota-carrying technologist. You will partner with ASEAN Field Customer Engineers and Sales to architect solutions, demonstrate value, and guide customers from onboarding to long-term adoption.

You will leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks, freeing time for high-value advisory work and measurable business outcomes. Strong tech and executive storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical Pre-Sales role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering or similar).
• Experience building AI tools and using automation to solve technical/customer challenges.
• Foundational knowledge of Web Technologies, Internet Security and Networking with strong troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in a revenue-aligned environment.
• Curiosity for learning new tech and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to propose sustainable solutions.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management to bridge technical details with executive strategy.
• Preferred: experience with Cloudflare Developer Stack (Workers AI, AI Gateway) and ASEAN languages is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: design bespoke architectures and deliver product demos/PoCs across Cloudflare portfolios.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain deep relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: automate routine tasks with AI-enabled workflows to focus on advisory work.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: manage a regional revenue quota and drive platform adoption.
