Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market initiatives and own the end-to-end customer journey from solutioning to onboarding and ongoing expansion. As a quota-carrying technologist, you’ll use AI-augmented workflows to reduce administrative toil and focus on high-value architectural design.

You will partner with regional teams to validate solutions, demonstrate value, and ensure deep platform adoption with measurable business outcomes across customer accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical Pre-Sales role.
• Experience building AI-enabled tools and automation.
• Foundational knowledge of Web Technologies, Internet Security, and Networking.
• Commercial mindset with willingness to work in revenue-aligned environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with ASEAN Field Customer Engineers and Sales to build bespoke architectures and deliver PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining relationships through onboarding, renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks such as RFP responses and sandbox provisioning.
• Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities based on product usage data and ROI for executives.
