Position: English Teacher

We are looking for dedicated and engaging English teachers with at least 3 years of experience in the education sector. Familiarity with the British and American curriculum is a strong advantage. Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver structured lessons tailored to student needs.

Use interactive teaching techniques to keep students engaged.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing written feedback.

Develop and refine curriculum materials.

Address learning challenges and provide academic support.

Supervise students during peak hours and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.

Participate in professional development and training sessions.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement); a Master’s or Ph.D. in Linguistics or Education is an advantage.

At least 3 years of teaching experience in an educational setting.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

A service-oriented mindset, recognizing that each student has unique learning needs.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Workweek: 5 or 6 days, depending on availability.

Hours: 09:00 – 20:00 (subject to adjustments during peak academic periods).

Salary: SGD 5,000 – 6,000, based on experience and qualifications.
