As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to deliver a high quality product to our customers. You will also be working with a cross-functional team to verify problems, discussing the best and pragmatic solution, and working together to realize it. What You'll be Doing

• Lead yearly and quarterly planning to ensure smooth execution and secure the successful delivery of the engineering roadmap.

• Optimize performance by engaging in capacity planning, software performance analysis, and system tuning.

• Drive teams forward by setting high standards for delivery, code quality, and continuous improvement.

• Design and enhance cutting-edge services with a focus on availability, scalability, and efficiency.

• Maintain high development standards through active participation in code and design reviews.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business growth and engineering excellence.

• Attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, fostering career growth and a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.

• Minimum 7 years of Software Engineering experience, including 3+ years in team management.

• Expertise in Java and building complex, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

• Strong experience in DevOps practices: CI/CD, microservices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure operations and security.

• Proven experience leading agile teams (6+ direct reports) and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Skilled in defining technical OKRs, KPIs, and roadmaps with a strong sense of ownership.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
