Job summary

A leading recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking a Building Services Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs for commercial buildings. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of HVAC and other M&E systems. A competitive salary ranging from $4,000 to $4,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Perform routine and periodic inspections on building services/facilities, submit reports or defect lists to the manager, and carry out necessary rectifications.


• Conduct installations, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems.


• Address tenant complaints, service calls, and breakdowns, carry out repairs, and submit relevant maintenance reports to the manager.


• Oversee contractors, ensuring maintenance and repair work is done according to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent


• At least 2 years of experience in performing building inspections, maintenance, and repairs for Commercial Building.


• Strong knowledge in M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems).
