Job Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all frontline process related issues occurring during 12- hours shift operation.
• Collaborate with Equipment, Yield, and Operation teams to restore down process and machine back to production.
• Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform.
• Support process engineering continuous improvement projects, cost optimization to upkeep production capacities and process capabilities.
• Provide effective hand-over to/from day/night shift process sustaining members.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in engineer/science or equivalent from a recognized institution
• ITE Higher Nitec or Nitec with > 2 years of lithography process experience in a high-volume manufacturing semiconductor environment
• Familiar SPC and OCAP in advance.
• Fundamental Microsoft Excel and Computer skills.
• Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift.
• Fresh Diploma graduate welcome as well.
