Job summary

A multinational corporation in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Assistant to conduct process audits, support customer claims investigations, and manage quality assurance audits. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in relevant engineering fields and possess 1-2 years of QA/QM experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of Statistical Process Control are required. This role involves working in compliance with ISO standards within a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Process audit to ensure line compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Process audit to ensure line compliance.
• Support and conduct investigation/data analysis for any customer claims.
• Manage and support customer audit i.e. Preparation of checklist in accordance to PMP, ensure the proper integrity of data provided.
• Liaise with production on NCMR meeting and follow-up on the actions taken.
• Manage and participate in the development of process improvement projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting of process and environment issues.
• Ensure compliance to ISO Standard Operating Procedure & 5S compliances.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Material Science / Electrical & Electronic Engineering and other related engineering fields.
• 1 2 years working experience in a QA, QM roles.
