Role Purpose

Assist Production Manager in achieving Production target, Production quality, Operational cost effectiveness and productivity.

Role Responsibilities
  • Continuously develop productivity improvement and lower labor input while maintaining labor effectiveness.
  • Monitor and master‑listing the calibration of the measure/testing equipment/tools in Production.
  • Suggest corrective measures & improve quality defects related to workmanship issue.
  • Develop good work practice in employees and processes to achieve product quality without sacrificing output eg. Meeting daily target & Weekly production plan.
  • Conduct classroom training on specific jobs application to shop floor workers.
  • Lead Production department in achieving Cx, ISO & EH&S requirements.
  • Monitor & control the Fixed Assets list in Production department.
  • Monitor Production SOE in term of indirect material ordering & replenishment.
  • Refer to ANNEX attached for EH&S responsibilities.
  • To lead/participate in company's activities such as Cx, EH&S, Kaizen Events etc.
  • To perform tasks, deem suitable and assigned by superiors.
  • To plan & approve leaves for bargainable workers under his care.
Minimum Requirements

  • Technical Education background
  • 1‑3 years of experience in production
