Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of practical experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM is required, alongside good communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Job description

• Design and building of infrastructure/ Water plant / building engineering works (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical))
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
• Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details / schedules for projects.
• Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Assist Professional Engineer in liaison preparation and follow up of authority submission.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good project management and technical skills
• Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
• Good communication skills; ability to work well in a team
• Must hold valid Singapore License
