Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a Manager, Course Approval, to oversee course accreditation and quality management within the Quality Management Division. The role ensures CET courses meet SSG and funding requirements, conducts quality reviews, and engages with external partners and government bodies.

You will also support system testing and process improvements in the Training Grant System (TGS). The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CET, strong English communication, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in CET.
• Strong command of English for written and spoken communication.
• Familiarity with adult education in Singapore preferred.
• ACLP or ACTA qualifications preferred.
• Good analytical skills to investigate, evaluate and analyse feedback and complaints.
• Basic data handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Carry out course accreditation/approval and related quality management activities in the Training Grant System (TGS).
• Review course materials against sound adult learning principles and funding requirements.
• Handle inquiries and appeals from the public and training providers relating to courses.
• Implement engagement strategies with training partners, government agencies and industry bodies.
• Support system testing and enhancements to TGS.
• Contribute to divisional and organisational projects and initiatives.
