Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a capable administrator to formulate, review and implement CET policies and schemes. You will manage CET course administration, liaise with MOE and SSG on funding matters, and collaborate with ITE Colleges on intake planning, contracts and trainer payments.

You will oversee the website, intake system and proposal writing, while coordinating with trainers, students and stakeholders. Strong writing, presentation, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling administrative matters and strong interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker with analytical and data processing skills.
• Able to write and present effectively; good team player.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, review and implement policies and schemes.
• Administer CET courses including planning, implementation, and review of processes.
• Liaise with MOE, SSG and ITE Colleges on reporting, funding, intake planning, contracting and payments.
• Oversee website and intake application system; prepare proposals and correspondence with trainers, students and stakeholders.
• Support ITE CET initiatives and projects as part of a team.
