Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a Manager, Course Approval to ensure the quality and compliance of courses accredited in the Training Grant System. You will lead accreditation, quality checks, and stakeholder coordination to support CET excellence.

The role also covers system testing, enhancements to the TGS, and contributing to divisional projects. Candidates should have at least 3 years in CET, strong English, and familiarity with adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Continuing Education and Training (CET).
• Strong command of English for both oral and written communication.
• Experience or familiarity with adult education in Singapore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out course accreditation/approval and related quality management activities in the Training Grant System (TGS).
• Review course materials against adult learning principles and funder requirements for quality checks.
• Handle enquiries and appeals related to courses, including investigations of non-compliances.
