The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a Manager, Course Approval to ensure the quality and compliance of courses accredited in the Training Grant System. You will lead accreditation, quality checks, and stakeholder coordination to support CET excellence.
The role also covers system testing, enhancements to the TGS, and contributing to divisional projects. Candidates should have at least 3 years in CET, strong English, and familiarity with adult learning principles.
The Manager, Course Approval, within the Quality Management Division, plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of courses accredited in the Training Grant System (TGS). This position involves course accreditation, quality checks, system testing, and project engagement of both internal and external stakeholders. The role is integral to maintaining high standards in Continuing Education and Training (CET), supporting Skills and Workforce Development Agency's mission to foster a robust CET ecosystem.
Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
