The Engagement Leader/Director position is a fully remote role with 30% travel requirement and a temp-to-perm opportunity. As the Engagement Leader, you will play a crucial role as the interface between senior client leadership and the consulting team, acting as the senior account executive. Your responsibilities will include translating Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables into work plans, collaborating with a small team to ensure timely delivery of activities, building strong client relationships, and serving as the primary contact for the firm. Additionally, you will engage in business development opportunities and leverage company methodologies to support client delivery.To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading management consulting engagements for a top-tier firm. You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering strategy consulting engagements, expertise in IT management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and craft innovative solutions. An MBA, MS, or bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is required.Your responsibilities will include client relationship management, change management, and leading by example through active participation in project execution. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing teams, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
