Job summary

NCS is seeking an eager Ops Support Executive, End User Computing, for its Ignite ITE Graduate Programme in Singapore. You will be responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet business needs and service levels.

You will troubleshoot client platform problems, respond to incidents with timely updates, handle service requests, monitor SLAs, and contribute to client platform implementation or upgrade projects.

Qualifications

Familiarity with iOS and Android devices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enterprise desktop support experience is an advantage.
Nitec/Higher Nitec in IT-related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of desktop engineer or similar experience.

Responsibilities

Install and provide daily operations support for facility management of client platforms.
Troubleshoot client platform related problems and incidents.
Provide timely incident status updates and resolutions.
Handle service requests for client platforms.
Monitor SLAs and contribute to platform implementation/upgrade projects.
