Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide troubleshooting and support for IT services, manage IT assets, and ensure quality service standards. Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computing / Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications.
• ITIL foundation training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT troubleshooting support and monitor service levels.
• Manage processes and data to meet quality service standards.
• Collate and maintain data records for service tracking.
• Manage IT assets and hardware tokens.
• Coordinate IT provisioning and induction for new hires.
• Support rollout of IT projects and manage changes.
