Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare technical specifications for electrical systems.
• Conduct evaluations of Low and High Tension electrical setups.
• Support Professional Engineers in switching operations.
• Respond to urgent service calls for electrical issues.
• Draft incident summaries and technical assessments.
• Oversee subcontractors during maintenance tasks.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare technical specifications for electrical systems and installations.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) electrical setups in accordance with Energy Market Authority (EMA) regulations.
• Support Professional Engineers (PE) and Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) in performing switching operations on electrical panels.
• Be on standby to respond to urgent service calls at client facilities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of electrical issues.
• Draft incident summaries, technical assessments, and proposal documents.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors during scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (recognized by EMA for application of LEW).
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
