Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction electrical works.
• Proven track record in managing LTA (Land Transport Authority) projects.
• Experience in infrastructure or transport-based projects is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design development and cost estimation for projects.
• Ensure designs comply with specifications and standards.
• Review tender submissions for cost competitiveness.
• Maintain communication with Consultants, Building Owners, Architects, and Developers.
• Support future growth through competitor analysis and accurate tender pricing.
• Lead and coordinate Engineering Teams.
