• Assist the project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule
• Liaising with consultants on construction drawing, as built drawing, design analysis, design work and design check for approval.
• Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation.
• Assists in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material.
• Assist in preparation of Project Presentation and Submission of Method Statement & Risk Assessment to Client/Consultants
• To maintain site drawings and documentation.
• To co-ordinate sub-contract works.
• Assist project manager in Project Costing, monthly progress claims and monthly progress report
• Support Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve construction-related issues effectively.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
