• Maintain and update BIM models based on design revisions.

5.5 Days - 44 Hours Per Week

Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + Variable Bonus

About the Role

Responsible for developing electrical shop drawings, coordinating BIM models, and ensuring all documentation aligns with project and regulatory standards, plays a key role in the successful delivery of building and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Diploma certification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting and BIM modelling experience in the electrical or M&E construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D electrical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as‑built documents for systems such as:
• Lighting & Power
• Single‑Line Diagrams (SLD)
• Lightning Protection Systems (LPS)
• Underground Piping
• ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Card Access, EVC)
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, Architectural) via BIM tools such as Navisworks.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings; identify and resolve clashes in the model.
• Maintain and update BIM models based on design revisions and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with BCA BIM standards and project‑specific requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records.
