Job summary

A leading educational organization in Singapore seeks an Educational Psychologist to support students with special needs and learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will conduct psychological assessments, design training programmes, and develop comprehensive support structures. A minimum of a Master's degree in Educational or School Psychology is required, along with registration with relevant psychological bodies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, which offers the opportunity to positively impact students' learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Masters in Educational/School Psychology or Educational & Developmental Psychology.
  • Experience with diagnosis of Learning and Developmental Disorders.
  • Registered with relevant psychological bodies or eligible for registration.
  • Experienced in administering psychometric tests for children 2 years old and above.
  • A high level of interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
  • A good team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct psychological assessments.
  • Design and conduct training programmes on special needs.
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate educational support structure, programmes, and resources.
  • Implement strategies for quality psycho-educational services.
  • Provide interventions for student learning and development.
