• Over five years of progressive responsibilities in project management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Strong capability to partner and collaborate across various teams to implement strategic plans successfully.
• Demonstrated project management expertise with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in applying Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Agile software development initiatives for Automation and Tooling.
• Serve as a bridge between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with global scope and interact with technical personnel.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and communicate project status to stakeholders.
