Qualifications

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education.
  • Possess qualifications for Childcare Teacher - L1 / L2.
  • Experience in Infant Care Teacher roles.
  • Relevant qualifications as an Assistant Teacher if not L1 / L2.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and implementing programs for young children.
  • Hold regular parent-teacher meetings to address children’s progress and concerns.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s performance and behaviors.
  • Identify behavioral problems and develop strategies to address them.
  • Use various methods to stimulate children's learning experiences.
  • Attend staff meetings, conferences, and workshops.
