Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to manage online orders across WordPress and major marketplaces, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate inventory control. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with logistics, and support pricing campaigns.

The role requires monitoring stock levels, updating SKUs, and liaising with marketplace teams to resolve issues and optimize sales performance. Location: East Singapore, standard hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience processing and managing online orders across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, orders, reviews, and ratings across platforms.

• Process and manage online orders across WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon, and other platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, orders, reviews, and ratings across platforms.
• Liaise with platform customer service teams to resolve order and customer issues.
• Coordinate with logistics teams on packing and shipment fulfilment.
• Upload, maintain, and update product SKUs/listings across platforms.
• Support management in strategies to improve online sales and platform performance.
• Assist with pricing updates and promotional campaigns across platforms.

• Basic UP $3,000 + Bonuses

Job scope:

• Process and manage online orders across WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Monitor online inventory levels to prevent stock-outs, overselling, and order fulfilment issues.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, requests, orders, reviews, and ratings across multiple platforms.

• Liaise with platform customer service teams to resolve order and customer-related issues.

• Coordinate with logistics teams on packing arrangements and shipment fulfilment.

• Upload, maintain, and update product SKUs and listings across e-commerce platforms.

• Support management in developing strategies to improve online sales and platform performance.

• Assist with pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and promotional deals across e-commerce platforms.
