Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an e-commerce coordinator to manage online orders, product listings, and inventory across multiple platforms while ensuring prompt customer service.

The role requires a Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant e-commerce experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication. You will work in a hybrid setup near Taiseng MRT with typical hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with Friday work-from-home.

Responsibilities

• Manage online orders, product listings and SKUs across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon and WordPress.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
• Respond to customer enquiries, reviews and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate packing and shipping arrangements with the logistics team.
• Liaise with platform customer service to resolve issues.
• Support pricing updates, promotions and other e-commerce initiatives.

Job description

Basic Salary: $2600 - $3000

Bonuses: Performance bonus, subjected to staff performance
Location: Near Taiseng MRT
Working Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday WFH.
