Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking an proactive E-Commerce Executive to grow our online presence across major marketplaces.

You will manage product listings, support livestreams, collaborate with Marketing and Design, and help drive sales through campaigns and promotions. Strong attention to detail and team collaboration are essential. Requirements include a Marketing or Business degree and 1–2 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Ads or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Upload and maintain product listings with accurate information, pricing, images, and stock levels.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, livestreams and key sales events.
• Coordinate with platform partners, creators and affiliates with Marketing and Design teams.
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth order fulfilment and timely customer issue resolution.
• Support platform enhancements, digital initiatives, offline events and other e-commerce projects.

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy E-Commerce Executive to support and grow our online presence across major e-commerce marketplaces. You will be involved in managing product listings, coordinating online campaigns and promotions, supporting livestreams, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a smooth online shopping experience.

Descriptions:

• Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring product information, pricing, images and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
• Support the planning and execution of marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, livestreams and key sales events.
• Coordinate with platform partners, creators and affiliates, and work closely with Marketing and Design teams to support campaign execution.
• Monitor marketplace performance including sales, traffic and conversion, and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Support platform enhancements, digital initiatives, offline events and other ad-hoc e-commerce projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads or similar tools.
• Good organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive team player with an interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
