Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations specialist for a 6-month maternity cover in the West (Boon Lay). You will manage product listings, campaigns and livestreams across Lazada, Shopee and TikTok, with a focus on optimizing sales and promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years of e-commerce experience, familiarity with major platforms, and strong analytical, communication and organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and TikTok.
• Livestreaming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with OT, evening and weekend work for livestreams and campaigns.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of e-commerce marketplaces, including listings, stock updates and campaigns.
• Upload and maintain product listings, resize images per platform requirements.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers to explore brand exposure and promotions.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with teams to minimize overselling and maximise sales.
• Monitor competitors' pricing and promotions, providing insights.
• Support planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly KPI reports with recommendations.
• Work with marketing and merchandising teams to support e-commerce growth.
• Provide customer support via live chat, including after-hours and weekend.
• Support livestreaming sessions, including evening, weekend and promotional campaigns.
• Be flexible to support ad-hoc livestreams during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage theday-to-day operationsof e-commerce marketplaces, including product listings, stock updates and campaign coordination.

• Upload and maintain product listings, including resizing product images according to platform requirements.

• Liaise with marketplace account managers to explore opportunities for brand exposure and promotions.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to minimise overselling and maximise sales opportunities.

• Monitor competitors' pricing, product offerings, promotions and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations.

• Support the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns acrossLazada, Shopee, TikTokand other online platforms.

• Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of promotional activities.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly KPI reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

• Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.

• Familiarity withLazada, Shopee and TikTok.

• Livestreaming experience is highly preferred.

• Knowledge ofWooCommerceis an added advantage.

• Comfortable withOT, evening and weekend workwhen required for livestreams and campaigns.Time-off in lieu will be provided.
