Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support day-to-day online business operations. You will work with marketing and merchandising to manage marketplaces, campaigns and livestreaming activities, ensuring accurate product listings and timely promotions.

The role involves working across marketplace ops, merchandising, campaigns and online sales, with occasional evening/weekend livestream support and time-off in lieu.

Qualifications

• Relevant e-commerce experience.
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok.
• Experience in product listing, campaign coordination, online merchandising or marketplace operations.
• Livestream coordination experience is an advantage. (Backend Operation, not live streamer)
• Knowledge of WooCommerce is an added advantage.
• Comfortable supporting occasional evening and weekend activities for livestreams and campaigns, with time-off in lieu provided.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces, including product listings, stock updates and campaign coordination.
• Upload and maintain product listings, including resizing product images according to platform requirements.
• Support and coordinate e-commerce campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other online platforms.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers to explore opportunities for brand exposure, campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to minimise overselling and maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, product offerings, promotions and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure promotional activities are executed on time.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly KPI reports, with recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to support e-commerce growth initiatives.
• Provide customer support via live chat when required.
• Support livestreaming activities during selected campaigns, product launches and peak periods.
• Be prepared to support selected evening and weekend activities when required for livestreams and major campaigns. Time-off in lieu will be provided.

About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations and growth of the company's online business.

You will work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to manage key e-commerce platforms, coordinate promotional campaigns, monitor marketplace performance and support livestreaming activities.

This is a hands-on role suited for an e-commerce professional who enjoys working across marketplace operations, merchandising, campaigns and online sales.

Key Responsibilities
