Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an E-Commerce Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support day-to-day online business growth, coordinating with marketing and merchandising teams on platforms and campaigns.

The role covers product listings, livestreams, promotions across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, inventory management, and customer support, including after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and TikTok.
• Livestreaming experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce is an added advantage.
• Time-off in lieu will be provided.
• OT, evening and weekend work when required for livestreams and campaigns.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings, including resizing product images according to platform requirements.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers to explore opportunities for brand exposure and promotions.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to minimise overselling and maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, product offerings, promotions and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and other online platforms.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly KPI reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to support e-commerce growth initiatives.
• Provide customer support via live chat, including after-hours and weekend support when required.
• Support and coordinate livestreaming sessions, including evening, weekend and promotional campaign broadcasts.
• Be flexible to support ad-hoc livestreams during peak periods, product launches and special campaigns.

Salary Guide: Depends on experience.
Executive: $3500 - $4000
Senior Executive: $4000 - $4500

About the Role
