Job summary

Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our front office team and oversee daily operations at the hotel in Singapore. You will ensure guest experiences meet our high standards while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in front office roles, strong leadership, excellent English communication, and familiarity with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel front office operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage front office staff to ensure outstanding guest services.
• Oversee daily operations during shifts, including check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage room allocation and optimize occupancy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless operations.
• Prepare reports, schedules and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior staff to foster development.
