Job summary

Hotel Indigo Singapore, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Neighbourhood Host/Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure staff productivity and uphold brand standards. You will meet with senior management to stay updated on changes, issues and improvements, while delivering warm, unscripted service to guests across departments.

The role also includes supervising Reception and Reservations, managing guest requests, and contributing to budget and inter-hotel sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Front Office System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and staff productivity.
• Meet with senior management on updates and improvements.
