You will supervise Front Office staff, coordinate with other departments, handle guest requests and complaints, and uphold hotel standards, security and appearances.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality qualification and at least four years in full-service hotels, and is willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other relevant qualification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' related experience in a full-service or mid-range hotel.
• Commitment to rotating shifts, any day including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests, staff and third parties.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee lobby operation to ensure quick and efficient guest service.
• Provide general management support across Front Office operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain Front Office functionality.
• Ensure departmental standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Lead a team to respond to guest complaints and fulfill special requests.
