Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the Front Office team under the direction of the Front Office Manager, ensuring a consistently luxury guest experience. The role requires coordinating with all hotel departments to deliver seamless service.

The ideal candidate will support staffing plans, assist in recruitment, and uphold department standards while coaching staff to maintain outstanding guest relations and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration with 1 year Front Office/Guest Service experience, including management experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the daily operation of the Front Office team to ensure a consistent luxury experience.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Report to the Assistant Rooms Division Manager on guest service and hotel operations.
• Inspect front of house and back of house for cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel programs and events to assist guests effectively.
