Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or technical leadership experience in the drone/UAV domain.
• Hands‑on experience with drone hardware assembly, tuning, and testing.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from project inception to completion.
• Define project timelines, resource plans, and milestones for drone and robotics integrations.
• Participate in flight trials and oversee system calibrations and tests.
• Ensure adherence to airworthiness and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
