Job summary

A well-established construction company in Singapore is seeking a Drafter Cum QS to prepare and maintain technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in ACMV, proficiency in Autocad and Revit, and a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services. This role offers a salary range of $2,500 - $4,500 and involves supporting project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience related to ACMV is preferred.
• Highly self-motivated with a good working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings meet specific requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Maintain documents and support the project team.
• Pick up the quantity of items.

Duties:

• Prepare shop drawing, as built drawing, technical drawing.
• Ensure drawing to meet specific / requirement.
• Co‑ordinating with Project stakeholders.
• Maintaining documents.
• Supporting the projects team.
• Pick‑up the quantity of items.

Job Requirements:

• Able to use Autocad & Revit.
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Experience related to ACMV more prefer.
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Proficient in MS Office Software.
• A good team player.
• Highly self‑motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.
