Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Draftsperson to develop and maintain drawings, revise them as needed, and coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers for submissions. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry, alongside proficiency in Autocad and MS Office.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dimensional and non-dimensional drawings.

Job description

• Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers.
• Develop computer generated drawings, cable detection drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.
• Perform other related work duties instructed by supervisor.
• Involved in coordination and preparation of specification to liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.
• Maintain good document control and filings.
